PERSONALITY
Despite their usual demeanor as told in stories of being happy and cheerful, Jirachi has fallen into a deep emotional rut with the destruction of the world. They're much more standoffish and reserved and constantly tear up at any thoughts of the past. Because of this weak emotional stability, they are constantly awake instead of going into slumber for a thousand years.
Because of their now extreme depression, Jirachi stays locked away in the Starlit Cave in the mountains of the badlands, and refuses to leave, too scared to see the wasted lands of the world. Sealed away inside the Starlit Cave's deepest tomb, they await a change for the better.

APPEARANCE
Jirachi is simply a normal looking Jirachi. They don't have any strange markings or otherwise abnormalities from the other Jirachis that have existed in the past. Their tags, however, are ripped and torn, and the fabric a deeper shade of blue. Nobody really knows what happened to cause the rips, and most are too scared to ask.
