Nox, the Scavenger

A typically angry being, Nox does not easily make new friends and is certainly not obvious about when he feels that someone has become such to him. He fears loss more than anything, however, which is often the centric reason behind his tendency to push so many people away. If he has met you, he'll become protective of your being regardless of how he really feels about you simply because he does not want another number added to the count of people he has lost.
He can sometimes lose himself in all of the chaos, so it's best to keep him occupied lest the looming shadow of his past return to him.

He mentions things about a family when he speaks of his past, but then he seems to trail off and gets distracted by his own pattern of mutters. He had never belonged to a trainer before, but he was often fond of humans who passed through his cave, and he used to like to play with them if they were nice enough to do the same. The one thing that always got him in trouble, however, was his kleptomanic tendency to steal anything that seemed precious on trainers' or other pokemon's beings. Now, he spends his time rummaging through trainers' old belongings and stores to see if there is anything left to sustain him that doesn't require him returning to the home where his family had died.
