Manaphy, the Ocean Spirit

PERSONALITY
Manaphy is a cheery sort of Pokemon who likes to entertain and befriend any other Pokemon that it meets. Even in these times of struggle, it likes to empathize with other Pokemon and help them through all the troubles that come to pass. Manaphy is a very compassionate being, though it still finds it hard to establish the line between unbiased care for others and not hurting itself in its own naivety.

APPEARANCE
Manaphy is the very same Manaphy that has existed ever since it hatched from the egg around Samiya Island. It has no strange or special markings, but it does not like when people assume that it has a gender based on its classically gendered appearance.

HISTORY
Manaphy first appeared as an Egg. It was swimming underwater and landed on a Mantyke before it was whisked away by a pirate crew. A very nice man named Jack Walker took the Egg from the pirates, as he had a mission to protect it, and he escaped the ship with the Egg.
The Manaphy Egg made its way to a trailer, which belonged to the Marina Underwater Pokémon Show.
Elsewhere, Team Rocket found it and Manaphy played with them from inside the Egg using Heart Swap. Team Rocket ran off with it but were caught by other humans. Afight over the egg occured and a woman named May caught it as it was about to fall, and it hatched into Manaphy.
Manaphy grew attached to May, to the point where it would cry if someone else held it.
The pirates who stole Manaphy before caused havoc in the Island of Samiya by stealing the gemstones of an ancient underwater temple, but Manaphy, with the help of its human friends, saved the temple and the island.
With the Pirates defeated and arrested, it was time for May to say goodbye to Manaphy as it had to go back to the ocean. She was reluctant to do so at first but managed to actually say goodbye. Manaphy then swam towards Samiya.
